Hello all!

This is the place where you can find information concerning the flat we offer for the accommodation in Thessaloniki. In our building all housemates are only young people and students.

The building is brand new (construction year 2021) and the 2-room flat (can accommodate 2 flatmates, 1 flatmate per room) is luxurious and fully furnished and equipped.

2. Small room (marked as studio 1a in floor plan below).

Important remark: As you can see in floor plan below, each room has its own separated entrance from the yard, so privacy is granted.

THE LOCATION

The building is located in the traditional part of Thessaloniki which is called “Ano Poli” (“Upper Town”). You can find building’s location here: https://maps.app.goo.gl/WDeLRXSrj3G2oBfv8

It is only 450m by feet away from the University campus. If you are a student, you don’t need to use public transportation or a car.

The neighborhood is traditional, picturesque, full of character and touristic points of interest. Many students and young people choose to live there. It is very close to supermarkets, pharmacies, hospitals, coffee shops, restaurants, parks etc. All distances to city center and seafront are walk-able. At the same time the neighborhood is very quiet, just few cars may pass on the pavements.

THE BUILDING

The building is brand new (construction year 2021) of a traditional design, high energy efficient (external insulation system) and comfortable.

The building has 3 levels.

On the first level (ground floor) there is the 2-room flat of approx. 55sqm. It has its own small green yard with its own yard entrance. Each room has a separated entrance from the yard and both rooms share the common area which is a spacious kitchen, toilet and corridor. The common area can be reached from each room through separated internal doors. The flat can accommodate 2 flatmates.

Both flat's rooms are fully furnished and equipped (everything is modern and new).

GENERAL CONDITIONS -RESTRICTIONS

Smoking or vaping, drugs, parties, alcohol misuse, conflicts, pets are not allowed
Respect common quiet hours, neighborhood and housemates
Respect building, equipment, furniture and energy saving - environmental protection systems
You can accommodate one visitor for few days (depends on the duration of your stay, to be discussed with the landlord)
Keep clean, safe and secure
Report any problem to owner

RENTAL – OTHER FEES

We offer only all-in-one. The price includes rental, utilities fee and weekly cleaning (!). No hidden extra costs, you know exactly how much you will pay every month.

Utilities fee includes electricity, water, heating, cooling, hot water, cable and wifi internet (Currently only 30MBps available in the area, will become 100MBps next year).

Cleaning cost includes cleaning once per week which includes floor and windows, dusting, kitchen and toilet, garbage collection. No dishware cleaning.

Safety deposit approx. 1 month rental, that will be returned back to you after the termination of agreement. We always sign a lease agreement, 100% legal procedure required by the Greek authorities!

WHAT TO BUY – BRING WITH YOU

Towels, bed sheets, personal hygienic items, detergents etc. We offer pillow and duvet. We can buy for you or lend you for a couple of days (upon availability) some basics before your arrival upon request.
